This programme aims to promote and strengthen the cooperation between higher education institutions in accordance with the purpose of improving quality in the internationalization process of the higher education system.

Field Oriented and without any Country Restriction •started in the 2016-2017 Academic Year, •is supported by the Council of Higher Education (CoHE), •is open to the projects within the scope of fields mentioned in the call by the CoHE, •requires both student and academic staff exchange.
